Vision

Jim's personal vision is to see a world that is truly transformational.  

In other words, the world isn't just a better version of what we already have, but a completely new vision where people and the planet understand and act upon the truth that we are truly all connected - and our existence is dependent on this reality.  

He sees a world that is socially just, environmentally sustainable, and personally responsible for all the decisions and choices we make.  He sees a planet filled with every man, woman, and child knowing their strengths, gifts, and talents and sharing those openly with their local and global communities.

This may sound like "hope-ium", but Jim intends to invest his life's energy in creating this reality for all those he is fortunate enough to cross paths with.
