Authentic Life: To do what he wants, when he wants, with who he wants while expressing his true gifts, talents and desires.

Learn: To be in constant growth and development.

Feel Good/Have Fun: Life is too short to be unhappy and in Jim's experience when he is focused on his heart's desire, life just works.

Leader: To be on the forefront of transformation in any industry.

Achievement: Feeling good and having fun is great but there is a side of Jim that needs to know there is value being created and progress being made in what he does.
